Overview

HNS, Croatian Popular Party (Hrvatska narodna stranka) - The party flag is the Croatian tricolour, with the white stripe artistically shown. Similar flag was 1990 proposal for the Croatian flag by Boris Ljubicic. The party was formed by centrist and leftist oriented members who seceeded from Tudjman's HDZ mainly disagreeing with Tudman's politics towards B&H. Current Coratian president Mesic was one of the foundes (and he left the party when elected president).
